Our Projects
Eco Science Generation Initiative (EcoSciGen) is a Youth led not-for-profit organization focused on providing actionable solutions to the climate crisis. Our goal is to create a platform for communities and individuals to gain knowledge, skills and the confidence to shape our world and work together toward a climate resilient future. Since its establishment in 2023, we have advocated for more attention from policymakers and leaders to driving responsive climate action in Nigeria. We are led by passionate youths who believe in positive change and want to make a difference.
Climate Literacy: We build the climate literacy of young Africans and their communities to empower them with the knowledge needed for effective climate action
Youth Empowerment: EcoSciGen works to empower, amplify youth-led action and strengthen pathways for youth leadership in climate discourse.
Climate Adaptation: EcoSciGen Initiative works to develop solutions and strategies to protect vulnerable communities from climate risks.
Policy & Advocacy: We leverage technology, social media and traditional media to influence structural and policy shifts that lead to adaptable and responsive solutions to the climate crisis.
